On 9th May 2023，Rita received the order about Hongdee hot-selling product digital video magnifier eyepad 5’’ from Italy, the buyer name is Ivana, this product is for low vision people to help them to see somthing clearly, and it is another Hongdee product line, Rita found Ivana’s email and whatsapp number, and sent the information that Hongdee already received the goods and will ship the goods after three days.
But Rita found something wrong, the shipping cost is less than correct shipping cost, because the digital video magnifier has built in battery, so the shipping cost is different with ordinary products, but Rita consider Ivana is our new customer and it is the first time to cooperate, then Rita applied to her superior some little benefit for Ivana first time cooperation, Ivana said thanks for her consideration. After that, Ivana asked when the goods would be shipped. Rita answered her question about shipping time, it is approximately this week and will update the information to her timely.
When the goods already shipped by UPS, Rita updated the waybill to Ivana immediately and still keep an eye on this order for Ivana’s convenience.
