On 27nd Feb. 2023，Rita was browsed many RFQ from customers on Alibaba, and found one video magnifier quotation request, Rita has checked the specification customer sent and offer the quotation to Guillermo. After these steps, Rita tried to google Guillermo and found he is one distributor in Argentina, there has some low vision products on the website to sell. Hongdee is one supplier specialized in ophthalmic equipment in Chinese market over 16 years, also have one low vision product line to operate. So there has many possibilities to cooperate between us, especially on magnifier products. Then Rita tried to contact Guillermo on email, ali chat or website contact, nobody answered her, and no one replied her emails. Fortunately, Rita received the message from Guillermo on 10th June, and was very happy to contact customer on whatsapp, she confirmed if Guillermo need the video magnifier firstly and get yes answer, Rita sent the catalog and video of all model video magnifier, meanwhile calculated the shipping cost to Argentina for customer’s convenience, Guillermo expressed the doubtful attitude about the product price and said they were very familiar with the product and used to purchase it from Chinese supplier.
After hearing that, Rita asked the pictures Guillermo ordered and then checked the products price, specification and other related info with company production dept, finally confirmed that they are totally different and took one video to show customer more clearly, hope customer have a better understanding of these video magnifiers.
Guillermo got to know very well about these products and decided to order ten customized units, Rita updated the total cost to Guillermo, Guillermo checked the detailed information on the proforma invoice and ali order, then confirmed everything is okay with Rita. On 22nd July, Rita got his payment about ten units video magnifiers order and arranged the goods immediately.
